Steed Speed 2^nd Gen Style T3 & T4 Flange CNC Billet Exhaust Manifold | 5.9L 89-02 Dodge Cummins

Whether you are looking to replace your cracked manifold, change your turbo or configuration or simply trying to build big horsepower, Steed Speed has a manifold for your application. These high quality manifolds are CNC machined from solid 1018 mild steel as a billet exhaust header. Precision design with larger exhaust passages and high flow contouring, these manifolds will lower exhaust temperature and increase exhaust flow.

All manifolds are coated prior to shipping with a satin black Techline coating. This coating is rated to 1700 degrees of continuous heat and will withstand peaks of 2000 degrees. All manifolds have two drilled and tapped 1/8” npt holes for exhaust temperature probe and or back pressure gauge fittings.

All Gaskets Are Included

Turbo Mount Flange Options:

• T3 Turbo Mount – This the OEM flange size on a 1989-2007 Dodge Ram Trucks. Bolt Pattern measurements are 3.400” x 1.770”
• T4 Turbo Mount – This is a flange that is used on a lot of upgraded Turbochargers such as Borg Warner. Bolt Patten measurements are 3.250” x 2.750”
• Angled Turbo Mount Flange – This option if chosen, will keep the same angle on the turbo mount as the OEM manifold. Best used when looking for a stock replacement manifold. Retains stock angle for better fitment of the downpipe, intercooler piping and air intake piping.
• Straight Turbo Mount Flange – This option will align the mounting flange vertically. This will rotate the turbo housings away from the manifold allowing you to install a larger turbo housing without a clearance issue to the manifold. This option will require custom fabrication of downpipe, intercooler piping and air intake piping.

Warranty

Steed Speed offers a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. Manifold warranty is handled case by case as to replacement or repair at the discretion of Steed Speed. Wrapping your Steed Speed manifold will void a warranty do to retained heat will stress the manifold.
