Steed Speed Competition / Race CNC Billet Exhaust Manifold | 5.9L & 6.7L Cummins

Looking to make big horsepower? This Competition Style exhaust manifold or header, will allow you to go to the next level. With very large ports designed and engineered to maximize flow this manifold is a must have. Whether you are wanting to install a twin turbo, compound turbo or large single turbocharger, the straight style turbo mounting flange will allow you the clearance required. This manifold is used in a large percentage of top level Drag Racing and Sled Pulling trucks all over North America and has been proven on the dyno and on the track.

This manifold is coated prior to shipping with a satin black Techline coating. The coating is rated to 1700 degrees of continuous heat and will withstand peaks of 2000 degrees. Manifolds have two drilled and tapped 1/8” npt holes for exhaust temperature probe and or back pressure gauge fittings.

All Gaskets Are Included

Turbo Mount Flange Options:

• T4 Turbo Mount – This is a flange that is used on a lot of upgraded Turbochargers such as Borg Warner. Bolt Patten measurements are 3.250” x 2.750”
• T6 Turbo Mount – Used commonly in the competition industry on Borg Warner, Holset & Garrett Turbochargers. Bolt Pattern Measurements are 4.430” x 3.150”

• Single Waste Gate Port – This is an option that will have a flange welded directly before the turbo mount flange allowing the installation of an external waste gate. Flange diameter of 2.500” V-Band style.
• Dual Waste Gate Port – Commonly used in twin turbo applications this option has two external waste gate ports of the 2.500” V-Band style.

Warranty

Steed Speed offers a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. Manifold warranty is handled case by case as to replacement or repair at the discretion of Steed Speed. Wrapping your Steed Speed manifold will void a warranty do to retained heat will stress the manifold.
