7.3L Injectors by Full Force Diesel | 1994-2003 Ford Powerstroke
Over the years Full Force Diesel has established a solid name in the 7.3L industry by building a vast array of injectors for the powerstroke motor. Most commonly known for their work on the 7.3L injector. There are lots of option when looking for a replacement injector but non hold the quality and the options that FFD do.
The reman process that FFD uses in building their injectors is a complete disassembling of cores and a checking of all tolerances. Every component is rigorously inspected before considered for rebuilding. Every rebuilt injector receives new spring assemblies, plunger and barrel assembly, new nozzles, new o-rings and replacement of any other part that does not pass inspection. Once assembled the rebuilt injector is then flow tested and match as sets to flow within a 1% tolerance across the set. The result is a high quality, balanced set of injectors. The fuel delivery is measured by CC during the flow testing process and simply put, the higher the CC rating, the more fuel an injector is able to deliver which results in a high horsepower and torque number. The flow rate of a Stock AD Code injector is approximately 135cc.
All cores are accepted with-out an upcharge for damaged parts with the exception of Coked Cores and Damaged Solenoids. Coked cores are the result of running vegetable oil with retains water and causes pitting internally. Coked cores will not receive a core credit!

- 275cc-400cc – High Performance Applications Only
