Full Force Diesel performance Injectors are made from Genuine Motorcraft remanufactured injectors using the latest updated parts and brand new spool valves. These are the closest to new injectors that are available on the market. We do not modify used core injectors.

• Complete replacement of the coil assembly to prevent wire fatigue and cold-start issues
• Intensifier bodies receive new plungers and are precision-match honed to operate at peak performance and create the most reliability under extreme pressures and temperatures.
• All spool valves are replace with new units rather than tested and reused. These spool valves are precision ground to exact diametrical tolerance to produce a better sealing surface and oil direction.
• Injector nozzles are remanufactured and inspected, chemically treated and micro-brushed to remove carbon and fuel residue. Each nozzle is flow tested to ensure proper performance and emission levels.
