Introducing the Ford 6.4L Fuel Return Replacement Fitting on Injection Pump!

The Problem:

In your Ford 6.4L Powerstroke diesel truck, there is a fuel return fitting located on the top of the injection pump. This fitting has two banjo-style bolts that are used for the fuel return coming from the cylinder heads. The pump is located under the factory Twin Turbo setup, making it very difficult to get to and these lines must be removed when replacing head gaskets. The problem with these fuel return fittings is that the OEM factory versions are weak and can very easily twist and break off. Previously this fitting couldn’t be purchased separately, so if you happened to break one, you had to buy a complete pump which could set you back upwards of $1,000.

Solution:

We have created a custom-machined fitting that you can actually buy separately from a complete pump for a fraction of the cost! This design is durable and with a solid, filled center, unlike the hollow designs of the stock variety. No longer do you have to worry about shelling out $1000 just to replace a small part you can now purchase by itself for only $65!
