Lifter Styles Explained:
12 Valve Lifter receives a 5/16" Ball and has a Small Foot
24 Valve Lifter receives a 3/8" Ball and has a Larger Foot.
24 Valve Common Rail Lifter receives a 3/8" Ball and has the Largest Foot.
