With BD's new T4 exhaust manifold, you can experience a larger runner size, which helps enhance flow through the manifolds with no restriction throughout the RPMs. Cast ports and runners match inlet gasket within 0.03” T4-T6 and center mount can face down or up.

This optimizes to a 20° rather than 40° which greatly helps when mounting S400, S500 and other larger turbos.

Created from HiSi Ductile iron, this heavy cast exhaust manifold has 2 drilled and tapped 1/8-NPT ports with heat expansion joints to prevent cracking.

Note: These manifolds are intended for the installation of competition turbos and some modifications to vehicle/engine components will be necessary. Common Turbos with T4 or T6 mounts include: Borg Warner S300 / S400 / S500 Holset HX50 / HX55 / HX60 / HX82 Garrett GT40 / GT42 / GT45 / GT47 / GT55.
