With ARP's extra-durable head studs built from their proprietary Custom Age 625+® material, you get a matieral with a 260,000 psi tensile strength, providing the best clamping force to keep your cylinder heads from lifting during high combustion pressure releases. These stud kits are also heat-treated with 12-point chrome moly steel nuts and parallelground washers, all manufactured with rolled threads for optimum fatigue strength. Centerless grounded for perfect concentricity, these studs are broached for easy installation and removal in tight spaces.
