Raptor Series
AirDog Raptor Lift Pumps RP-100 for Diesel Trucks and Equipment | 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
The Raptor® Lift Pumps allows more fuel to flow than a stock pump. If you have an upgraded engine with larger injectors, etc., then the Raptor® Lift Pump can improve fuel flow for improved performance. A large engine can starve for fuel if a better, high rate flow pump is not used!

Original Series
AirDog Original FP-100 Fuel Pump Kit | 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
The AirDog® Fuel Preporator®, with the capability to provide fuel at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine, receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gearator fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump.
The fuel, now under positive pressure flow, enters the filter. As the fuel passes through the filter media and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated. Through the positive fuel air separation features of the patented Fuel Preporator® the separated air/vapor is discharged from the filter through the Primary Air/Vapor Discharge Port and into the return to tank passage after the regulator. The fuel passing through the filter media (free of contaminates & power robbing air/vapor and at pressures and flows to meet the needs of the engine exits the fuel filter through two passageways. The fuel for the engine, passes into the fuel pickup tube and out to the engine).
The excess fuel not needed by the engine is released through the pressure regulator to combine with the air/vapor and foam as it returns to the fuel tank. The regulator controls the fuel pressure to the engine.

AirDog II Series
AirDog II Demand Flow Technology DF-165 Fuel Pump Kit | 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
AirDog® II is designed to operate at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine. It receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of water.
The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gerotor fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, then enters the fuel pump.
The fuel, now under positive pressure flow, enters the fuel filter. As the fuel passes through the filter media and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated. Through the positive fuel air separation features of the patented AirDog® II the separated air/vapor is discharged from the filter and back to the fuel tank through the Primary Air/Vapor Discharge Port.
The fuel passing through the filter media is now free of contaminates and power robbing air/vapor. At pressures and flows able to meet the needs of the engine, it exits the fuel filter through two passageways. First, the fuel for the engine, passes into the fuel pickup tube and on to the engine. Then, the excess fuel not needed by the engine recycles internally through the pressure regulator back to the water separator.

AirDog II 4G Series
The patented AirDog II-4G ® is the next generation in the fuel delivery system resulting in a compact, long lasting, efficient, and quiet lift pump.
The design of the motor produces three unique benefits to the AirDog II-4G ® fuel system:
- This system utilizes an intermediate pump shaft that moves the electric motor away from the fuel. This eliminates any potential for “wet motors”.
- The motor’s self-aligning capability requires less maintenance and increases the systems endurance. Resulting in a longer pump life.
- The low amperage motor provides longer drivability and contributes to a significant reduction in noise.
AirDog® is proud to announce that the AirDog II-4G® is the quietest fuel system in the diesel market!
The AirDog II-4G® is available for modified applications.
The new fuel system will support between 500 and 800 horsepower with a flow rate of 165 gph. It is best suited for light to moderate modifications. Applications available for the fuel delivery system are Dodge, Chevy, and 6.4L and 6.7L Ford diesel trucks. Ford applications are currently only available in these models.
So, what can the AirDog II-4G® do for you?
The benefits of the system are immediately apparent. The removal of contaminants in diesel fuel, such as air, water vapor, and debris provide increases in power and performance.
This is reflected by:
- Smoother idle and acceleration
- Improvement in throttle response
- The elimination of hard starts.
As the amount of air and water in the fuel decreases fuel economy improves which leads to increased savings. Removing contaminants allows for pure diesel fuel to enter the combustion chamber through the injectors, safeguarding the engine and providing a full burn which means no more wasted fuel.
